Each The Alternative Board Facilitator is an experienced business person who has successfully completed the TAB Facilitator Training Program. Most facilitators run or have run their own businesses. The TAB Facilitator guides the group discussions without dominating the meetings and encourages all members to express their views while keeping the discussion on track. They also ensure problem solving ideas are generated and the meeting does not become a gripe session.
Maureen Ennis is a dynamic change leader with a unique blend of expertise in strategic planning, human resources and technology. Maureen has over 20 years of corporate experience with Honeywell and Prudential, successfully leading business change. Maureen is passionate about technology, and helping others invent new ways of working to make business and life more productive and enjoyable. She works collaboratively with clients to invent new strategies and roadmaps for success that align with their personal vision. Maureen is known for her flexibility and ability to provide valuable guidance to executives and leaders in a broad spectrum of business situations.
Maureen holds certifications from The Alternative Board as a facilitator and strategic business leadership coach. She also has completed Honeywell’s Black Belt program, the Center for Creative Leadership’s HR Leadership program, and has a BS in Mathematics and Education from Albright College.
